On our very first episode of Let's Turn the Tide, our experts tackle the issues and challenges of food waste and security. We have our host, sustainability and climate activist Nadia Zidani together with our Veolia Marketing and Strategy Director, Marie-Therese, Commercial Director of Green Eco Technologies GCC, William Ward, and Amna Elnour, Co-Founder of Bestby.This was shot during the holy month of Ramadan, a time of self-reflection, fasting and feasting. Unfortunately the amount of food wasted is significantly higher than other months and thus, the subject of food waste and security brought it's way as our first subject of discussion.
